Examine your order immediately upon delivery. We will refund or reship (if available) any damaged merchandise , notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

With our collection of products, such as large stoneware vases and 44- 57″ stems we have incurred additional UPS charges for length and weight. These exceptional charges are in addition to regular UPS shipping charges. With UPS raising their rates and adding additional charges, we had to raise our rates as well.

Products suitable for outdoor use will be indicated in the product description. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the color for products used outdoors. Artificial plants intended for outdoor use last approximately 3-5 years under moderate sun exposure. For southern states with intense sunlight 1-2 years. To further longevity, we recommend using an additional UV protectant spray.
